Pat Delgado, famous for being the person who started serious research into what became known as crop circles, passed away at 8.30 AM (U.K.) today in Winchester Hospital, Hampshire, England. Pat was a very young 90 years of age, when cancer struck and took a very rapid toll in recent weeks.
He was a compassionate and sensitive human being, an excellent engineer and reputable healer. He was a dear friend and my co-author who was largely responsible for one of the happiest periods of my life.
I send my deepest and most sincere condolences to Norah (his Wife), Jan (only Daughter) and Guy (Grandson) who did all they could in such distressing circumstances. Love to you all.

As a Result the Ministry of Defence's Nick Pope Withdraws Much of the Official Government Statement on Crop Circles and UFOs.
Colin Andrews delivered his first punch in New York last month at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, when he disputed the British
Governments official statement regards involvement of the Ministry of Defence in crop circle and Ufo research. Andrews showed
documentary evidence from his new book 'Government Circles' that they lied and not just once.
Punch two came in Washington D.C. days later during a powerful presentation at the X-Conference where additional indisputable evidence was shown in the presence of the original government author, Nick Pope.
During the week that followed, Andrews appeared live on BBC radio again with Nick Pope where during heavy questioning, Pope admitted that Andrews was right.

U.K. release of UFO incident pulls carpet from under the feet of U.S.

The United Kingdom Government recently released secret UFO files which surprisingly included a case in 1957 when U.S. fighter pilot Milton Torres was instructed to open fire on a large UFO over East Anglia, U.K. This surprise release has pulled the carpet from under the feet of the United States government who are still refusing to release their own files. The original detailed investigation into this amazing incident in U.K. airspace is posted here today and is the work of researcher David Cayton.

Colin Andrews at the X-Conference in Washington next week warns caution

In New York last week:
Joint presentations by Edgar Mitchell and Colin Andrews in New York yesterday was a huge success for the Friends of the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
The theatre was full and almost the entire audience remained during questions and beyond. Strong evidence was presented by both speakers that the study of human consciousness is where a number of wide ranging studies have lead. The UFO and crop circles to name but two.
Andrews showed cases of bizarre placement of designs which had been prayed for ahead of time, and at specific locations. Both had been met.
Cases exist that involve people making crop circles but in these cases they have had intensions of making specific patterns but for various reasons have not. But in the fields where they intended to make the patterns, they appeared but not made by them. The same patterns, the same fields and the same nights. Something totally bizarre is happening he said.
Strange sounds have been recorded around the circles and analyzed to show they are almost identical and very close to Dolphin communication and US submarine frequencies.
A design of great interest has shown up in his research which is being further studied because of the nature of the events that have surrounded it.
He suggested that it’s conceivable that the hoaxing began as either an intended manipulation of two men which started a deliberate social experiment or that this has simply been the accidental outcome.
Evidence is beginning to stack that suggests there is a plan and that we are all involved in it. His future research will be carried out into Consciousness.
Edgar Mitchell spoke in great detail about his own view of consciousness and his private efforts to encourage more openness about the UFO subject, because as he said if for no other reason, we have to get off this planet some time soon.
The two speakers clearly respected each other and complimented each other well during one totally enjoyable and informative afternoon and evening.
Edgar Mitchell and Colin Andrews will be taking part with many other International speakers at the X-Conference in Washington D.C. next weekend. Colin’s Presentation will be called Government Circles – which will show evidence that he has reason to be cautious of the UK release of secret UFO files truly represents a new era of openness and honesty. He will set the record straight that the former head of the British Government’s UFO Project, Nick Pope’s published version of the Official record regarding Government and the Queen’s involvement and interest in the crop circles, is not accurate. He will end his presentation where he and Edgar Mitchell did this week in New York, showing why he believes the most important study of them all - Consciousness.

Two police officers in UK encounter UFO on December 12, 1978 at Skipton, North Yorkshire, England.
